REVEREND FEELGOOD by Lutisha Lovely

I LOVED this book, I just did not want to put it down, and I was sad when it finished.  Everyone in this book had the most twisted way of thinking.

Nathaniel "Nate" Thicke is the senior pastor at The Gospel Truth Church.  Even though he is the senior pastor does not mean that he is senior himself.

At the young age of 28, Nate is considered a preaching prodigy.  It must pick up where his father and his father's father have left off.

Things are not as they seem in the church, with the minister having to take care of his flock, weather spiritual or of the flesh, Nate has his pick of the (female) flock.

When he falls head over heel in love with one woman, who happens to be underage.  Would his flock understand that he wants to be a one woman man?

Things get even more complicated when a baby is involved. Would is the mother?  Read and find out in the fifth installment of the Hallelujah Love Series, Reverend Feelgood.

Pastor's "taking care of their flock" by "covering" them.  This has been going on for THREE generations.  Females normally have a weird habit of putting emotions where their aren't none and telling themselves a lot of things that are not true, yeah well, a whole bunch of this happened in this book.

All the females that the Pastor was "covering" did not mind that he "covered" other females because they all thought that they were special and that he was going to marry them.

Crazy talk, so when he married the least likely candidate, with a baby thrown into the mix, all hell broke loose.

Attempted blackmail, vengeful scheming and behinds being exposed, WHOA, this book will have you craving for more.  I have to say, Miss Lovely out did herself with this one and redeemed herself in my eyes from her book "Love like Hallelujah."

HAPPY READING!

IT STARTED WITH A KISS by Marina Adair

THE HIGHLAND HENCHMAN by Amy Jarecki

After reading "The Angel and the Warrior" I really needed a book to pick me up and I am so glad that this book did just the trick.  The only thing that irked me was that the heroine in this book upset me greatly. Needing royal assistance, Baron Ross issued a tournament to enchant the Highlanders to leave their land and come to the Lowlands to take part.  What he really wanted was for the Highlanders to fight a dangerous battle that would get most of them killed. After the tournament the Highland Lairds choose instead to entrust their best warriors to stay and fight. This was not exactly what Baron Ross wanted but he knew that he could not change their mind so he accepted. Bran MacLeod was one of the warriors that was left behind, and even though he did not like it, he knew that he can never go against his Laird.  It did not help matters that their was a dangerous instant attraction between him and the baron's last daughter.  Bran knows that getting involved ...
