MERRY CHRISTMAS BABY by Jill Shalvis

It feels so wrong reading this book before even reading Chloe and Sawyer's story.  But first come first serve ( most of the time anyway ). Wild child Chloe Thompson cannot believe how her life has turned out and she has the stomach to prove it.  Having a bun in the oven is making Chloe more cranky than usual.   She takes most of her frustration out on her sexy ( but not as sexy as Ford ) husband  Sawyer, which may or may not have put a strain on their relationship.  Hating that Sawyer is constantly put in danger because of his job, since he has taken on more work recently.  Chloe wonders if Sawyer really has to go on these missions or if he does it just to get away from her. Feeling terrified and alone in a room filled of people who love her, all Chloe wants for Christmas is the reassurance that Sawyer loves her, and of course, Sawyer himself. But going a week without her husband is driving her mad, especially since she is close to her due date...

FOREVER AND A DAY by Jill Shalvis

+Jill Shalvis  has done it again.  She has created a wonderful universe where I just want to jump right in and experience the action for myself. Grace Brooks is not having a good day, scratch that, she's not having a good life.  Always feeling like she has to live up too what her parents want for her, Grace kind of lost herself in the process, or more like, she was never given the chance to discover who she is. After walking out on a job four months ago, Grace finds herself in Lucky Harbor where she meets some great friends and people who make her feel at home, which is a first for Grace. Needing money Grace accepted a dog walking job (although she stole it) which brought her into the dysfunctional world of Dr. Josh Scott. Josh Scott is an Alpha man, he takes care of people which makes him being doctor perfect for him; except that there is not enough time in the day to accomplish what he has to do. After taking x amount of hours at work, he has to come home t...

IT HAD TO BE YOU by Jill Shalvis

This book is what started it all.  This was my very first +Jill Shalvis   book and I'm glad to have discovered her. Ali moved to the small town of Lucky Harbor to start afresh her life and was successful too until her boyfriend ( if she can even call him that) of four months accused her of stealing something very important, and now there is speculation from the whole town about it. With a failing job and no place to stay, Ali taught her life was falling apart until the big time hotshot cop Luke Hanover came back to town to escape his own problems.  With the help from Luke and the members of the senior center, they must discover what happened whilst trying not to rip each other clothes off. This was the first time that I've read a book from +Jill Shalvis   and I must say, this would not be the last.  With characters that you instantly fall in love with, as well as the little dashes of humor thrown throughout the book had me w...
