My brother's Keeper is not an appropriate tittle for this book, seeing as it was both her brother and her sister, plus she wasn't able to help her brother get the help he so desperately needed before he destroyed himself.

The James siblings had have a very rough upbringing, including witnessing their parents deaths, both dying in different ways.

Aja, being the oldest took it upon herself to always be there for her siblings, neglecting herself in the process until the to good to be true Charles Clayton comes into her life and changes everything.

Even though Aja did something stupid that becomes a secret, which she should have told Charles about.  She had the perfect opportunity at the funeral, but NOOOOOOOO, her friend told her not to tell, which was STUPID advice seeing as this WILL be brought up in the future and WILL most definitely ruin things seeing as she was in the wrong all by herself.
